Chai Tots Refund Policy and Guidelines
Please read the following guidelines carefully
These guidelines and policies are for the 2021-2022 school year. We will be updating and finalizing the 2021-2022 guidelines.
These guidelines and policies are subject to change.
REFUND POLICY
Chai Tots will refund 85% of any fees, besides registration fees paid if NYC DOH does not open school in September 2021.
Temporary Closure
In the event that NYC DOH mandates a temporary closure of more than 10 school days, Chai Tots will refund you 85% of tuition fees, until the school reopens. This refund will start after the 10 days of closure.
Permanent Closure
In the event that our school closes at any time during the year, for more than 10 school days, Chai Tots will refund 85% of any remaining tuition not used. Refunds will start the following week of school, not the day of closure.
Alternative Schooling (for temporary or permanent closures)
in the event that the NYC DOH closes preschools for more than 10 day
Toddler Class
We will not be offering virtual schooling and the above refunds will apply.
Junior Nursery, Nursery and UPK classes
Chai Tots will offer Virtual Preschool to our Junior Nursery and Nursery classes at a discounted tuition rate.
Please note that Virtual Preschool will only be offered to Junior Nursery and Nursery classes if the demand for it is great enough.
For those that are not interested in virtual (discounted) school, the above refunds apply.
UPK Class
The UPK Class will be offered Virtual Preschool at no cost.
